With reference to the obligation to notify the Companies Register of the certified email address (PEC) of each individual company director by June 30, 2025, Studio Cocirio is available to support you in preparing and submitting the electronic filing to the competent Companies Register, upon request from client companies.
Requests must be sent by email to desk@7bs.it, including the list of all current directors and their respective certified email addresses to be communicated.
To avoid penalties and irregularities, we strongly recommend completing this obligation as soon as possible.
